Voltage Divider+ Pre-Amplifier

This plug on module comes with the preamplifier and voltage divider. The module is used with the Scintillation detector. It can easily be mounted on the scintillation detector by simply inserting the 14 pins of the scintillation detector into the device base. The preamplifier used with the voltage divider is used to reduce the signal distortion of detected gamma rays.

Injection System

Pressurize Dispenser (PD) System works on the principle of Pneumatic pressure. PD (Pressurize Dispenser System) is a system in which the mixture of powder and gas is injected with high pressure.
The injection system has 2 Inlets (Air pressure inlet, Material inlet) and 2 Outlets (Vent Outlet and Product outlet). The Injection System consists of the pressure regulator, hose pipe, pressure gauge, flask, pivoted screw, cone/mixing chamber, and 4 ball valves viz.
1) Pressure inlet Valve
2) Material inlet Valve
3) Air Vent Valve
4) Product outlet.

Sediment Transport Studies/Under Water Radiation Detector

The system is used to measure sediment density transport in rivers, lakes, dams, etc. This device also measures the gamma radiations present in the water (in rivers, dams, lakes, etc.). The system has the arrangement to measure the equipment depth. All these parameters can be observed and analyzed on the software that is specially designed for the device.

Flow Rig

The flow rig / RTD simulator will be used to perform various permutations and combinations of flow rate, speed of the agitator, and type of the vessel to understand flow dynamics in scaled-down models of CSTR and column-type reactors.
In a centrally stirred tank reactor, steady-state flow conditions will be achieved using valves on the pipeline connected to the reactor with an agitator through a flow rate meter.

Automatic Column Scanning System

The scanner system is used for scanning large industrial boilers, petrochemical refineries, cement plants, chemical furnaces, mining plants, and chemical reactors. The system is also used to find out the fault/defect in the pipeline, the density of the liquid etc. for proper operation. The parameters of the system can be continuously monitored and controlled by the application software.

Magnetic Pickup Sensor

Engine Controller

The ENGCON is an easy to use and designed to provide flexible control with built in monitoring and protection.
The unit incorporates both manual and auto start initiated start and stop sequencing, monitors engine and alternator operating parameters and provides both engine and alternator protection, in a single integrated package.
The Engine operating parameters are shown by scrolling screens on a backlit 128×64 GLCD. Alarms and warning messages are also shown on the LCD, supplemented by a corresponding LED and Hooter output.
The unit provides comprehensive monitoring of the engine operating parameters and provides automatic shutdown of the engine in the event of damaging conditions. In addition to the usual engine safety protections the unit monitors fuel level, engine temperature and engine loading to provide even more comprehensive protection.

Genset Controller

The GENCON is an integrated Engine and Generator controller for Gensets. The unit incorporates both manual and auto start-initiated start and stop sequencing, monitors engine and alternator operating parameters and provides both engine and alternator protection, in a single integrated package. The Genet operating parameters are shown by scrolling screens on a backlit 128×64 GLCD. Alarms and warning messages are also shown on the GLCD, supplemented by a corresponding LED and Hooter output.

12- Channel Counter

The 12-channel DAS consists of 12-detectors SCA (single channel analyser) with PC control of all necessary operating parameters. The 12 detectors are connected to the counter. Each detector has its own high voltage, window settings, and threshold points.
The density of any material/ object can be also checked without physical contact with the material/ object.

The six-channel DAS consists of 6-detectors SCA (single channel analyser) with PC control of all necessary operating parameters. The 6 detectors are connected to the counter. Each detector has its own high voltage, window settings, and threshold points.

Single Channel Analyser

The Single Channel DAS consists of SCA (single channel analyser) with PC control of all necessary operating parameters. The detector is connected to the counter. The detector has its own high voltage, window settings, and threshold points.

IN-PAD-LoRa

The Single channel LoRa-based DAS contains SiPM detectors. This radio tracing application is used for collecting data from remote locations. The detector of the system is placed at the remote location and the user can monitor the data at the receiver side using application.

IN-PAD-IoT (LDS)

The GSM-Based DAS uses an SiPM detector. The SiPM detector works on current-to-voltage converter topology. The data can be monitored remotely through the application software.

Voltage Divider

The 14-pin voltage divider is used with the scintillation detector. It can easily be mounted on the scintillation detector by simply inserting the 14 pins of the scintillation detector into the voltage divider base.

Smart SiPM

The Smart SiPM is a Smart Single Channel Analyzer. It transmits data through both mediums i.e. Wireless and Wired. In wireless mode, the data is transferred to the laptop through Wi-Fi and is observed on dedicated application software. The other way to collect or store or observe or monitor the data is through wired mode. The data can be transferred to any external device using an RJ45 connector and cable.

Sledge

Sledge is basically a holding device used for holding enclosure. Sledge is a submersible assembly that is made up of stainless steel 304 to keep it away from corrosion. The enclosure is held rigidly in the sledge. It has four pillars stud in which both the ends are having threading for bolts which can be adjusted to hold the enclosure rigidly. Sledge had a clamp which is used for holding the wire in this way assembly is ready to dive into the water.

IP-68 Enclosures

Enclosure is an air-tight container used to protect the detector from water and moisture damage in underwater condition where the surface tension is high. It is made up of polyethylene terephthalate (PET) material which makes it possible to sustain underwater for a certain limited extent (up to 100 meter). The sensor is inserted in this enclosure which makes it possible to dive underwater. The enclosure has a connector on the upper side to which the sensor is connected from inside. It also has two O-rings which makes it airtight. A C-Clamp is required to Cap tighten the lid. This enclosure is assembled in the sledge in such a way that the two groves of the enclosure get match to the two holes of the top plate of the sledge. The enclosure is rigidly fixed in the sledge assembly.

Battery Charger

Yelsons Battery charger is suitable for charging Lead Acid batteries, Lithium Polymer batteries, and LFP Batteries. It operates on an input voltage of 100VAC to 270V AC.
